TRAINING AND PROFESISIONAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Identify training needs:-  By evaluating trainees strengths and weaknesses
  2. Development of Training Courses/Course designs:- This entails preparing training plans and  programs, Course designs,  development of Training/Course Manuals, Handbooks and other training materials.(For short Courses & Professional Development Courses).
  3. Drawing up training plans:- This is Program management which includes; registration, accreditation, documentation,
  4. Managing budgets:- Raising of funds
  5. Producing Training Materials needed for Specific courses/ trainings
  6. Liaising with resource persons to develop suitable course contents.
  7. Delivery of the Trainings:- Participate in the Trainings; Short Courses/Professional Development programs.
  8. Training/ Program evaluation (quality assurance).
